Performance Engineer Full Time

Position Summary: 

CAT Technology Inc is looking for a Subject Matter Expert/Performance Engineer who has expertise in SDLC (System Development Life Cycle), Load Runner, Micro Focus and HP Load Runner with Cloud Testing experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Experience with large technology variants including IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, .Net, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, Java, C#, XML, REST, SQL/NoSQL, etc.
• Experience in performance testing engineering in JAVA, .NET in mixed environments for Web, Mobile, Rest, SAAS and Cloud solutions is a plus
• Experience in Docker or Kubernetes orchestration with Micro Services and API Performance Testing is required.
• Strong Experience with at least one APM tool / Monitoring solutions & implementation (like Wily Introscope, Grafana, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, or equivalent)
• Should be able to work and own the diverse environments for testing, including Identity & access, configuration, profiling and optimizations
• Participated in code reviews and suggest developers/architects to do necessary changes
• Must have conducted performance testing to ensure system reliability, capacity, and scalability to ensure fast, reliable and zero defects into production
• Extensive knowledge in Memory analysis includes Garbage collection and Heap utilizations
• Includes Website profiling and transform the result into CPU and Memory profiling
• Pinpoint issues in various environments and identify bottlenecks to make continuous improvements and responsible for overall service delivery of projects
• Responsible for Performance Test Strategy formulation, Test Plan, Reviews and Estimation for Projects and Implement Quality Tollgates.
• Establishing Performance Tests processes, Best Practices and Knowledge Repository by sharing it with all resources

Technical Qualifications:

• At least 10+ years of experience IT Experience in Performance Testing.
• At least 5+ years of experience in Load Runner, SQL, Java and SAAS.

Education:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Any certifications are plus.
